Introduction:

Diethylenetriamine is a yellow transparent viscous liquid with hygroscopicity and irritating ammonia odor. It is miscible with water, ethanol and acetone. It is mainly used as a solvent and an intermediate in organic synthesis.

 

Use:

Diethylenetriamine is mainly used as a solvent and an organic synthesis intermediate for the preparation of gas purifiers (for CO2 removal), lubricating oil additives, emulsifiers, photographic chemicals, surfactants, fabric finishing agents, and paper strengthening agents , aminocarboxyl complexing agent, ashless additive, metal chelating agent, heavy metal hydrometallurgy and cyanide-free plating diffusion agent, brightener, ion exchange resin and polyamide resin, etc.
