Physicochemical Properties:

Colorless or white crystal. Soluble in water, its aqueous solution is strongly alkaline; insoluble in ethanol and carbon disulfide.

 

Applications and Usages:

Used as water softener, boiler cleaning agent, metal antirust agent and used in paper making, leather making, photography, etc.
