solubility soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, liquid ammonia, glycerol.

Product use is mainly used in the manufacture of chlorite and perchlorate, but also used as herbicide and oxidant

Quality:

White powder. Melting point 248 °c (decomposition). The solubility in water at O °C is 790g/L, soluble in ethanol and ethylene glycol. Heating to above 300 °C is easy to separate and liberate oxygen. It has a low oxidizing capacity in neutral or weakly alkaline solutions, but is a strong oxidant in acidic solutions or in the presence of inducing oxidants and catalysts. Acts with acids to release chlorine dioxide. Mixing with sulfur, phosphorus and organic matter or impact is easy to cause combustion and explosion. Corrosive to zinc and carbon steel. Deliquescence, in the air with high humidity can absorb water vapor to form a solution.

Use:

Biocidal herbicides. It is widely used for biocidal weeding on non-arable land and in the reclamation of wasteland. A variety of plants can be killed, which has a rooting effect on Asteraceae and Poaceae, and has a significant effect on deep-rooted perennial grasses. All green plants have strong phytotoxicity, and plant roots and stems have an endosystemic effect on them. Generally, the drug is applied during the period of vigorous plant growth, and the dosage depends on the type, number and size of weeds. Spray with water or directly sprinkle powder, which can be mixed with residual organic herbicides such as chlorfen, diuron, herbicide, etc. as biocidal herbicides.
