1.Copper sulfate monohydrate (CuSO₄·H₂O):

Properties: light blue powdery crystal

Uses: used as feed additive, etc.

 

2.Anhydrous Copper sulfate (CuSO₄)

Properties: Molecular weight: 159.68, Anhydrous Copper sulfate is milky white or slight red powder/

Uses: Anhydrous Copper sulfate is the material of other cupric salts. It is mainly used as material of antifouling paint in boat bottom, drier and catalyst.

 

3.Copper sulfate pentahydrate (CuSO₄.5H₂O)

Properties: Molecular weight: 249.68, blue transparent crystal.

Uses: Copper sulfate (blue vitriol; bluestone; chalcanthite). It can be used as mordant in the dyeing and printing of cotton and silk, or used in green/blue pigments; moreover, it can be used as insecticide, bactericide of water, antiseptic of wood, or used in tannage, plating of copper, battery, curving and catalyst. In addition, it also can be used in ore dressing, coat paint and other chemical materials.
