Physicochemical  Properties:

Trimethylindium is a colorless, transparent sublimable colorless crystal with a special odor at normal temperature and pressure. Partial hydration in cold water releases methane gas. It is compatible with aliphatic saturated hydrocarbons such as hexane and heptane, and aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene in any proportion. Spontaneous combustion in air.

Applications and Usages:

Organic synthesis, chemical vapor deposition, and extension growth.
