The main electrolyte additive for lithium-ion batteries, the performance of forming SEI film is better, forming a compact structure layer without increasing impedance, which can prevent further decomposition of the electrolyte and improve the low-temperature performance of the electrolyte. Fluoroethylene carbonate is an organic solvent electronic chemical, which can be used in the electrolyte of lithium-ion batteries, lithium-ion secondary batteries assembled with positive and negative electrodes and battery separators, and is mainly used in the field of battery material research.
Due to its excellent film-forming properties, it is currently mainly used as an additive for organic solvents, electronic chemicals, and lithium battery electrolytes, among which the application demand for lithium batteries is relatively high. FEC is used as an electrolyte additive in lithium-ion batteries, which can not only improve the cycle performance of lithium batteries, but also improve the safety performance of lithium batteries, so it has a good application prospect.
