Usage: 

This substance is mainly used in the meat processing industry. It maintains the meat color as bright red by forming nitroso myoglobin. It also has anti-corrosion, inhibition of Clostridium botulinum and antioxidant functions.

As a food additive, it is used in meat processing as a color developer, preservative, flavor enhancer, pickling agent. It is also used for disinfection of medical devices and as a preservative for medicines. Be cautious as it is toxic in excessive amounts.

Storage: 

Storage should be carried out in a cool and dry place, and it should be kept away from strong reducing agents or flammable substances. When purchasing, legal documents such as the "Purchase Certificate for Highly Toxic Chemicals" must be provided.
