Properties Properties:

Orange crystalline squamous body or amorphous heavy powder. Insoluble in water and alcohol, soluble in nitric acid (in the presence of hydrogen peroxide), glacial acetic acid, hot hydrochloric acid and hot lye.

Applications and Uses:

1. Used as raw material for analytical reagents, paint pigments and glass.

2. Inorganic red pigment. In the paint industry, it is used to manufacture anti-rust paint and steel protective paint, with good anti-rust performance.

3. The glass enamel industry is used in the manufacture of enamel and optical glass.

4. The ceramic industry is used to make pottery glaze.

5. It is used in the electronics industry to manufacture piezoelectric elements.

6. The battery industry is used for the production of storage batteries.

7. Machinery industry is used for metal grinding.

8. In the organic chemical industry, it is used in the manufacture of dyes and other organic synthesis oxidants.

9. Can be used for rubber coloring.

10. The pharmaceutical industry is used to make ointments, plasters, etc.
