Physicochemical Properties:

Appearance: Colorless oblique needle crystal or crystal block. Odorless, salty and bitter taste, specific gravity 3.353, melting point 730°C (slight decomposition). Very easily soluble in water; soluble in ethanol, acetone and acid; slightly soluble in methanol and liquid ammonia; insoluble in ether or chloroform, it will turn yellow when placed in the air for a long time, has strong hygroscopicity, and its aqueous solution is neutral.Calcium Bromide Solution
