Physicochemical Properties: 

Colorless crystal or white powder, with strong salty taste, turns yellow when exposed to light. Slightly hygroscopic. 1g is dissolved in 1.5ml of water, and the aqueous solution is neutral. The relative density is 2.75 (25°C). The melting point is 730°C. The boiling point is 1435°C. irritating. 

Applications and Usages:

It is used as emulsion or developing agent for film and photographic film, and as a sedative in medicine.
