Uses:
It is used as concrete water reducing agent, oil drilling mud dispersant, printing and dyeing diffusion agent, etc.
Sodium lignosulfonate and calcium lignosulfonate are often used as water reducing agents in multifunctional concrete water repellents, which can substantially reduce the hydration of concrete, reduce porosity and increase the compactness of concrete, thus greatly improving the strength and impermeability of concrete. Mainly used as cement water-reducing agent, so that the dough cement diffusion, the water contained in the analysis out, increase its fluidity. This reduces the mixing water and saves cement. It is used in oil drilling mud formulations to effectively reduce mud viscosity and shear force, thus controlling the fluidity of drilling mud, keeping inorganic clay and inorganic salt impurities in suspension in drilling, preventing mud flocculation, and having outstanding salt resistance, calcium resistance and high temperature resistance.
It is also used as a dispersant for dyes, wax emulsions, pigments, water treatment and cleaning agents.
